WHAT WE DO
At Sellwood Studio’s Summer Musical Theatre Camp, kids sing, dance, and act their way through two fun-filled weeks of rehearsals, theatre games, and creative crafts—all leading up to a final performance for family and friends!

Camper Created
In each camp, we will build all-new musical productions incorporating singing, acting, improvisation, dance, and much more, all based on characters, music, shows, and themes that the students are excited by.
These are not the standard pre-packaged musicals. Our camps are created by the kids and are built around the individual talents of the camp attendees. What the students bring to the camp, we use. Most importantly, we laugh. A lot.
Each child learns that their input is valuable, that all skills are useable and that being confident, open, and creative are key skills in both theatre and life.
All that is required is eagerness, openness, and a sense of fun.
Suitable for all ages
Our camps are suitable for anyone of any experience level from Kindergarten age to 6th grade. Children participate in all aspects of camp, including acting, singing, dance, writing, games, competitions, crafts, and, of course, the final show itself, free to attend for all friends and family on Fridays at 3 PM.
The weeks are very active and we make lots of use of our outdoor space with extracurricular events such as Water Balloon Olympics, Games Day, Karaoke Competitions, Sports Day, Talent Show, and more. They also have a dedicated counselor with their group at all times to facilitate and make sure the group is having the best time. Finally, there is a chill-out craft and games table available at all times for anyone who may need a little relaxation from the excitement.
