Expectations

Being part of the Snap Squad is a blast — but it is still a responsibility requiring focus, commitment, and full participation.  Ensemble roles may not always be center stage, but they bring Elle's world to life.  Your presence, preparation, and positive attitude make all the difference.  Members are expected to:

• Learn all choreography, blocking, lines, and cues.
• Be off-book and performance-ready by the scheduled deadlines.
• Arrive on time, stay focused, and support the full cast experience.
• Treat every rehearsal like it matters — because it does!

Rehearsal & Show Information

Rehearsals and performances will be located in Fellowship Hall at Sellwood Studio, The Presbyterian Church of Madison, 19 Green Avenue, Madison, NJ.  

Rehearsals will begin on Saturday, September 6th.

• Tuesdays and Thursdays (6:00pm to 8:00pm)
• Saturdays (3:00pm to 6:00pm)

Tuesday and Thursday rehearsals will focus on stagework, while Saturday rehearsals will primarily concentrate on choreography.  The first few weeks of rehearsals will be dedicated to music, movement, and character instruction.  

Snap Squad members must be available for all scheduled rehearsals, even if not called for one.  This especially includes Saturday rehearsals, which are critical for group numbers, choreography, and staging.  

Specific rehearsal calls will be communicated in advance.  If you are not called, enjoy the break — but please don’t schedule other commitments during rehearsal hours without checking first.  

Tech Week Rehearsals

• Monday, November 17th
• Tuesday, November 18th
• Wednesday, November 19th
• Thursday November 20th

Attendance at all Tech Week rehearsals is absolutely required.  This is when we bring the whole show together — costumes, lights, sound, blocking, and final polish.  Missing tech rehearsals may result in removal from scenes or the full show.  Please reserve 4:00pm to 8:00pm.  More details will be shared closer to showtime.  

Show Dates

• Friday, November 21st (7:00pm)
• Saturday, November 22nd (2:00pm & 7:00pm)
• Sunday, November 23rd (2:00pm)

Cast members are required to perform in all four shows.
