Getting started is easy. Just fill in our next audition form and read the requirements. You will get all the information from our admin team, to start or continue your journey with Sellwood Studio.
WHAT WE DO
Rehearsals at Sellwood Studio means sessions filled with singing, dancing, and acting—all while learning from experienced directors in a supportive space. Performers can expect to grow their skills, build friendships, and shine in a show with lights, costumes, and a cheering audience!

Sellwood Studio’s Frozen SR brings the magical kingdom of Arendelle to life in an enchanting cabaret-style performance filled with heart, humor, and unforgettable songs. Featuring dazzling solos, heartfelt duets, and high-energy group numbers, this production showcases beloved songs from both Frozen films in a fresh and intimate theatrical experience.
In addition to preparing for their own performance, students have had the unique experience of mentoring and assisting in key production roles for our companion production of Frozen Jr. (assistant director, assistant stage manager, assistant choreographer, assistant music director, light/sound board op, spotlight op, class assistants, etc.).

Disney’s Frozen JR. brings the magical kingdom of Arendelle to life in an enchanting stage production filled with heart, humor, and unforgettable songs. At the heart of the story is the powerful bond between two royal sisters—fearless and optimistic Anna, and her older sister Elsa, who struggles to control a magical secret. When Elsa’s powers accidentally plunge Arendelle into an eternal winter, she flees, leaving Anna to embark on a thrilling journey to bring her home and save their kingdom.
Along the way, Anna encounters a hilarious cast of characters—including a rugged mountain man, his loyal reindeer, and a lovable snowman who dreams of summer. With themes of love, courage, and self-discovery, Frozen JR. celebrates the strength of family and the joy of embracing who you are.
Packed with iconic songs like “Let It Go,” “Do You Want to Build a Snowman?” and “Love is an Open Door,” this junior version of the Broadway hit will melt hearts of all ages.

Do you want to build a snowman? You’ll love this fanciful and heartwarming adaptation of the celebrated animated film. Join Anna, Elsa, Olaf, Sven, and all of your favorite characters as they embark on an epic, ice-filled journey of self-discovery, camaraderie, and the real meaning of true love. Adapted for young performers, this musical includes favorite Frozen songs such as “Love is an Open Door,” “Do You Want to Build a Snowman?,” and “Let It Go,” as well as wonderful new songs from the Broadway production. This production of Frozen Kids is sure to prove that “some people are worth melting for.”
