Larysa Maliutina is a Ukrainian pianist and piano teacher. She is a graduate of Gnessin Academy of Music, University of Connecticut. Currently she is working on a Professional Studies Diploma at the New School – College of the Performing Art – Mannes with Professor Pavlina Dokovska.
Larysa has won top prizes in international competitions and has participated in master classes and musical festivals around the world. As a performer Larysa has appeared at the Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall and at the New School’s Tishman Auditorium.
She has concertized a soloist, chamber musician, collaborator, and orchestral pianist. She also has conducted research in the fields of music theory, performance practice and the areas of piano pedagogy and educational psychology.
